Confirm your order |
Once your order has been received by ChipTorque the sales team will be in contact within 2 business days to confirm your order, source any additional information we may require, quote you on your desired parts and arrange the payment method that best suits you. ChipTorque’s standard contact method is by email, but you may also select your preferred contact method using our online Order / Enquiry process.

ChipTorque’s sales team will advise you of the specific payment details by your preferred method of payment to enable you to pay for your purchase.
To ensure the quickest supply of your order please reference your name or Pro Forma Invoice number as the payment reference when paying into ChipTorque’s bank account.

ChipTorque send by a range of shipping carriers, depending on the size of the goods and your location.
These methods include:
Australian Buyers
- Local Courier (SE Qld only)
- Express Post (up to 3kg)
- TNT Overnight (Must be received and signed for in person. Only select if this requirement can be met.)
- TNT Road Express (Larger Items)
- International Buyers
- TNT Express (Must be received and signed for in person. Only select if this requirement can be met.
- International Air Mail
ChipTorque will send your order once your payment has been received in full. You may wish to forward your payment receipt to ChipTorque by fax or email to speed up the process.
Orders will normally be shipped within 2 business days of receiving all information required to process your order. The sales team will be in contact to advise you of any order delay or back order. If you provide an email address we will advise you when your order is shipped and of the parcel’s tracking number where possible.

Installation |
ChipTorque provide installation instructions for most of our products. Some products require installation by a professional such as an Automotive fitter or electrician. If you require assistance with the installation or use of ChipTorque’s products please check out the Product Support page on our website or contact ChipTorque by email or phone to discuss.

What is a ChipTorque Performance Chip?
|
ChipTorque’s Performance Chips come in many different formats, depending on the vehicle and model. What all these products achieve is the ability to supply modified programs of the vehicle’s fuel and ignition timing as well as factory limiters and idle characteristics to improve on the factory program and correct for aftermarket modifications. In some applications we can even improve the shift pattern and drivability of automatic transmissions through our programs.
